One command, the whole crew gets to work
Claude writes the script and decides every scene. ReelCrew is the crew that does the hands-on work, each member with one craft, and it checks its own work before delivery. The sample below is a 1 min 36 s animated lecture, done in 9 minutes; time varies by video type and machine.

Frequently asked questions
Why is it called PreOrder?
Because ReelCrew is still being finished. The feature set is complete enough to use right away; the ReelCrew team keeps fixing bugs, improving and adding features. The PreOrder price is for early buyers.
How soon can I use it after buying?
Right after payment. The plan is granted to your ReelCrew account and we email your setup instructions; follow the install guide to install and activate it on your computer.
How is Starter different from Pro?
Starter is the 17 tools and 7 skills, yours forever, with bug fixes. Pro adds 5 more skills, the AgentVid Bundle of 10 industry skills, and every new template and tool for 12 months.
What is the PreOrder gift?
When ReelCrew adds a higher software tier, a Pro PreOrder account moves up to it at no extra cost, for as long as you keep renewing. Separately sold training programs are not included. Pro orders placed here during the PreOrder are PreOrder orders.
Can I get a refund if it is not a fit?
Yes. Within 14 days of purchase, if the plan has not been activated on any machine and no skill has been downloaded, you get 100% back. Email support@agentkit.best with your order ID.
What else do I pay for besides ReelCrew?
A paid Claude plan to run Claude Code. If you choose external services for music, images or premium voices, you pay them directly with your own key. The Vietnamese voice runs on your machine for free.
I am not technical. Can I install it?
You paste a ready-made prompt into Claude Code; Claude installs it and asks you about each choice. If you could not activate the plan and downloaded no skill, the 14-day refund still applies.
What do I need to use it?
Claude Code on a paid Claude plan, a Mac or Windows 10/11 machine (8 GB RAM or more) and a ReelCrew plan. The installer handles the rest; reelcrew doctor shows what is missing and the command to add it.
Does it work with ChatGPT, Cursor or Codex?
No. ReelCrew is made for Claude Code only: its skills and commands are written for Claude Code to read and run.
Is there a free version?
No. ReelCrew runs on machines signed in to an account with a Starter or Pro plan.
What happens after 12 months?
You keep using the version you have. To keep receiving updates released after that period, renew directly with ReelCrew from your ReelCrew account; ReelCrew emails a reminder 30 days before. Renewal is 50% of the plan price, and PreOrder buyers keep the PreOrder base (Pro: 950,000 VND) even if the plan price has gone up.
How many machines can I use?
2 machines per account, Mac or Windows. You can switch machines yourself on your ReelCrew account page.
Where are my API keys and data stored?
On your machine. External services use your own keys and you pay them directly.
What your machine needs
ReelCrew runs on your machine, not in the cloud. You need Claude Code with a paid Claude plan (Pro, Max, Team, Enterprise) or a Claude Console account. ReelCrew does not work with ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex, Gemini or other assistants. Run reelcrew doctor after installing to see what is missing.

Mac with Apple silicon or Intel; Windows 10 (version 1809 or later) or Windows 11, 64-bit.
RAM
At least 8 GB, 16 GB recommended: each render worker runs a Chrome browser (0.3 to 1 GB).
Disk
5 GB free or more: ReelCrew is about 0.5 GB, plus 0.8 GB for person cut-out and motion effects, and 0.2 to 0.6 GB per video.
Browser
Chrome, Edge, Brave or Chromium, used for rendering (Windows ships with Edge).
Python 3
Skills run Python scripts. reelcrew doctor shows the install command if it is missing.
Internet
To install, sign in, download plans and use external AI services. The VieNeu voice runs offline.

Open a terminal
macOS: press Cmd + Space, type Terminal, press Enter. Windows: press the Windows key, type PowerShell, press Enter. No admin rights needed.

Paste the install command
ReelCrew downloads its own Node.js, ffmpeg and yt-dlp. It takes about 1 to 3 minutes.

Run

Restart Claude Code and hand off the work
Describe the video you need, for example "Make a vertical 9:16 breaking-news video about ...". Claude picks the right skill and works through to the MP4 file.
